A: Animals picked up by Animal Control will be taken to one of three facilities:

PLEASE NOTE: 72 hours and counting on picked up dogs. After pick up, a time clock starts counting. At the expiration of 72 hours the animal is euthonized. Weekends are included in this countdown.

A:In most cases, the answer is yes per the Restrictive Covenants of the Las Brisas Subdivisdion.
No building, fence, wall, or other structure shall be erected, placed, commenced or maintained upon any building or lot in the Subdivision controlled by these covenants, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alternation therein be made to any lot until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, heights, materials, color and location of the same shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Architectural Committee.

Q: What is the siren sound coming from the lake?
A: Flood warning sirens are placed in various positions around Lake McQueeney. A test is conducted every Saturday at 12 noon to ensure that they are in working order.
